During a routine "office call", your computer is given a complete physical exam, just as if you had gone to your medical doctor. Diagnostic tests are performed right on the spot. In most
cases, symptoms can be diagnosed and treated on-site.
Telephone technical support is yet another benefit of the plan. We can walk you through many solutions right over the phone. The Plan also includes emergency care; response time is four business hours or less, and optionally, can be upgraded to a 60-minute dispatch time.
